Brief Synopsis: This time, our event took place at Oceanário de Lisboa and the theme was “Creating Effective Top Management Teams”. As usual, it started with a key-note speech by our CEO Ricardo J. Vargas who has been actively working for many years with Top Executive Teams around the world. Some of those Top Executives were our guests and kindly shared and discussed their experience and how important it is for the success of organizations to have an effective Top Management Team.
