Digitalization vs Digital Transformation

Brief Synopsis: In this Virtual Business Breakfast we had our CEO Ricardo J. Vargas talk about people’s role in the success of Digitalization and Digital Transformation. Ricardo also shared some of the critical factors of success for both. We concluded during the breakout sessions that most companies, as a result of the Covid-19, were forced to enter into the Digital world and were very much into digitalization but that there is still a long way to go to achieve Digital Transformation.
