Crisis Management – The Role of the Leader

Brief Synopsis: As in all our Business Breakfast we had a key-note from our CEO Ricardo J. Vargas, this time with the topic “Leader’s management of the crisis”. We also had as our guests Susana Nunes and António Balhanas from Deco Proteste who shared the way they led their teams from very early on in the crisis by providing them with much-needed support. Part of that was the program “Flipside of Crisis”, done in partnership with Consulting House, working with Managers and their teams on key topics such as decision making in times of crisis, communication, priority management to name a few topics. As Susana Nunes concluded, “This project eliminated some existing myths, showing that distance learning is effective and is here to stay.
